I had a wonderful stay at the apartment with sea view and free parking. the level of privacy was high as it was the only apartment for rent in the house. the apartment itself was spacious and well, equipped, although some furniture items could be renewed. I particularly enjoyed the two terraces with their breathtaking views of the sea, Lokrum, and the old town. It was convenient to have deck chairs available for lounging. the location was great, with a 10, minute easy walk to the old town and a 20, minute walk to Saint Jacob's beach. the neighborhood of Ploce was less crowded and, in my opinion, the nicest part of the town. I especially loved reading on the terrace while enjoying the beautiful view. The fact that the apartment had its own free parking was also a big plus for me, as public parking in the area is quite expensive. Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike about my stay! 😊.

Maintenance and safety could be improved, as the shower doors and some windows were in need of repair, and the outside door could not be properly locked.

Antonio, the host, was top-notch and always available to assist, even arranging airport transfers at a lower cost. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Wifi was poor.

The apartment is very private, with a stunning sea view and a cozy outside seating area overlooking the old town. The spacious layout is perfect for up to 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped and the free parking on the roof is a bonus.

It was also within walking distance to all the attractions, restaurants, and beaches. The best part was our host, Antonio. He was always available to help, especially when our flights were delayed. He even arranged affordable airport transfers for us. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
